POSITION: Research Associates: Research and create seismic data processing algorithms relevant to petroleum exploration using company’s SeisUP Packages; Program seismic data processing algorithms into company’s proprietary software system; Conducts multi-component code programming and algorithms implementation using Fortran, C, C++, MatLab, SciLab; Develop and implement numerical studies in other related fields such as (visco)elastic modeling and simulation, seismic acquisition. M.S. in Computer Science, Physics or related engineering plus one year experience in carrying the above duties, or one year experience in research and computer programming for seismic processing applications.
